2023-2024 SCHEDULE

***Rehearsals, Sectionals, and Performances are mandatory for all students.  These are a requirement for participation in band. Students & Families should look at the calendar carefully to avoid conflicts and plan accordingly.

Weekly Advanced Band Sectionals:

- Woodwinds:      Mondays, 3:45PM - 4:45PM

- Brass:                Tuesdays,  3:45PM - 4:45PM

- Percussion:         Wednesdays, 3:45PM - 4:45PM

- Late Buses to Ruth, McGill, and other areas will be provided, as-needed.

 

Fall Semester Schedule:

9/5.           - Parent Information Night @ WPMS Band Hall, 6PM

9/TBD       - Instrument Rental Night @ WPMS Band Hall, 6PM

10/3.         - Oct. Band Booster Meeting @ WPMS, 7PM

10/13        - MS Football Night @ WPHS, 3:30PM-9:00PM (Dinner Provided).    

10/26        - Halloween Event Fundraiser, Times & Details TBD

11/7          - Nov. Band Booster Meeting @ WPMS, 7PM

12/2          - Craft Fair, Parade, & Tree Lighting Performance, Time TBD.           

12/5          - Dec. Band Booster Meeting @ WPMS, 7PM

12/7          - Advanced Band After School Dress Rehearsal, 3:35PM - 5PM.        

12/11        - Winter Family Concert & Cake Auction @ WPMS, 6PM
